Getting Started with Mobile

The Omnixi mobile app gives you on-the-go access to your telecoms account — check your services, raise support tickets, view invoices, and chat with the AI assistant, all from your phone.

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Search for Omnixi
  3. Tap Get to download and install
  4. Once installed, tap Open or find the Omnixi icon on your home screen

When you open the app for the first time, you’ll be taken to the login screen.

  1. Enter your email address — use the same email you use for the Omnixi Portal
  2. Enter your password — this is your Portal password
  3. Tap Sign In

If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? and we’ll send you a reset link.

After your first successful login, the app will ask if you’d like to use Face ID or Touch ID (fingerprint) for quicker access in future.

  • Tap Enable to turn on biometric login
  • Tap Not now to skip — you can always enable it later in More → Settings

Once enabled, the next time you open the app you’ll be asked to authenticate with your face or fingerprint instead of typing your password.

Push notifications keep you informed when something important happens — a ticket update, a new invoice, or a service alert.

When you first log in, the app will ask for permission to send you notifications.

  1. When the permission prompt appears, tap Allow
  2. If you tapped Don’t Allow by mistake, go to your iPhone Settings → Omnixi → Notifications and turn them on

You can control which types of notifications you receive in More → Settings → Notifications. See Notifications for details on what each type covers.

The app is organised into five tabs at the bottom of the screen:

The mobile app is designed for quick, on-the-go tasks. The full Portal at portal.omnixi.app has additional capabilities for managing your account.
