Account & Login

  1. Go to the login page at portal.omnixi.app
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam/junk if you don’t see it within a few minutes)
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one from the forgot password flow.

  • Check you’re using the correct email address
  • Caps lock may be on — passwords are case-sensitive
  • Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window
  • If you’ve recently reset your password, make sure you’re using the newest one

Your account locks after 5 failed login attempts. This is a security measure to protect your account.

To unlock it:

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email to receive a unlock link
  3. Click the link in your email — this will unlock your account and let you set a new password

If you don’t receive the unlock email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your account administrator.

How can I prevent my account from locking again?

Section titled “How can I prevent my account from locking again?”
  • Use a password manager to avoid mistyping passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication — this gives you backup codes you can use if you forget your password
  • Ask your administrator to check if your organisation has SSO enabled, which bypasses password-based login

Yes, if you have accounts linked to the same email address. After logging in, you’ll see an account selector in the top-right corner of the Portal.

Click the selector to switch between accounts without logging out and back in.

Section titled “I have multiple email addresses — can I link them?”

Each Omnixi account is tied to a specific email address. If you need access to multiple accounts with different emails, you’ll receive separate invitations for each.

Contact your account administrator if you need access added to an account.

2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone). Even if someone learns your password, they can’t access your account without your phone.

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click Enable two-factor authentication
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  5. Save your backup codes in a safe place

Use one of your backup codes to log in. If you’ve run out of backup codes, contact your account administrator to disable 2FA so you can set it up again with a new phone.

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Log out. For security, the Portal automatically logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Yes. Go to Settings → Security → Active sessions to see all devices currently logged into your account.

From there you can:

  • See when each session started and the device/browser used
  • Revoke individual sessions
  • Revoke all sessions except the current one

Someone else is logged into my account. What do I do?

Section titled “Someone else is logged into my account. What do I do?”
  1. Go to Settings → Security → Active sessions
  2. Click Revoke all other sessions to kick them out
  3. Change your password immediately
  4. Enable two-factor authentication to prevent future unauthorized access

If you can’t access your account, contact your account administrator or raise a support ticket.
