Contracts
Your service agreements define the terms of your relationship with Omnixi — everything from tariffs to data allowances. This guide shows you how to view and manage your contracts in the Portal.
Viewing your contracts
Section titled “Viewing your contracts”Go to Contracts in the Portal sidebar to see all your active and past service agreements.
Contract overview
Section titled “Contract overview”The Contracts page shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Service | The phone number, SIM, or service this contract covers |
| Tariff | The plan name (e.g., “Business Unlimited 50GB”) |
| Start Date | When the contract began |
| End Date | When the current term expires |
| Monthly Cost | Your recurring monthly charge |
| Status | Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired |
Expiring Soon alerts
Section titled “Expiring Soon alerts”Contracts ending within the next 90 days are highlighted with a warning badge. You’ll see these on your dashboard too — we proactively alert you so you have time to decide on renewal options.
AI renewal recommendations
Section titled “AI renewal recommendations”Omnixi’s AI analyses your usage patterns and the current market to give you personalised renewal recommendations. Here’s how it works:
What the AI considers
Section titled “What the AI considers”When recommending a renewal option, the AI looks at:
- Your actual usage — how much data, calls, and texts you use each month
- Historical trends — are your needs growing or stable?
- Current tariffs — what’s available now vs. what you signed up for
- Potential savings — if there’s a cheaper plan that fits your needs
- Feature changes — new capabilities that might benefit you
Where to find recommendations
Section titled “Where to find recommendations”On the Contracts page, each expiring contract shows an AI Recommendation box:
“Based on your usage, you’re using 82GB of your 50GB allowance. A 100GB plan would give you more data and cost £X less per month. Want to see the options?”
Click View Options to see the recommended plans side-by-side with your current plan.
Recommendation types
Section titled “Recommendation types”| Type | What it means |
|---|---|
| Stay on current | Your current plan is the best fit — no changes needed |
| Upgrade | You’re exceeding your limits; a higher-tier plan would suit you better |
| Downgrade | You’re not using your full allowance; a cheaper plan could save money |
| Switch tariff | A different plan in the same tier offers better value |
| Add bolt-on | A small addition (more data, international calls) would solve your needs |
Acting on renewal options
Section titled “Acting on renewal options”When a contract is expiring, you have several choices:
1. Renew with a new tariff
Section titled “1. Renew with a new tariff”If you want to change plans:
- Click Renew on the expiring contract
- The AI shows available tariffs that fit your needs
- Compare the options side-by-side
- Select your preferred tariff
- Confirm the new contract terms
The new contract starts when the old one ends — no gap in service.
2. Roll over to a monthly contract
Section titled “2. Roll over to a monthly contract”If you’re not ready to commit to another term:
- Click Convert to Monthly
- Your service continues on a rolling monthly basis
- You can give 30 days’ notice to leave at any time
3. Add services during renewal
Section titled “3. Add services during renewal”Renewal is a good time to add services:
- New lines — bring additional users onto the same contract
- Upgrades — switch to a premium tariff with more features
- Bolt-ons — add international calls, extra data, or device insurance
The AI will show bundle options that could save money compared to adding these separately.
Contract documents
Section titled “Contract documents”All your contract documents are stored in Documents in the sidebar:
- Original contracts — the full terms you signed
- Renewal confirmations — emails confirming new terms
- Amendments — any changes made during the term
You can download these as PDFs for your records.
